No fix? No labour fee! If I cannot resolve the issue, you will not pay a labour fee. This excludes any diagnostic work agreed in advance, parts and third-party charges, or where I identify a solution and you choose not to proceed. See full terms.

Travel charges

Travel zones are approximate. The final travel charge will always be confirmed before your appointment.

Parts and third-party costs: Replacement hardware, software licences and other third-party charges are extra and will be agreed with you before purchase. If the exact price cannot reasonably be calculated in advance, I will explain how it is calculated and agree an estimate before starting.

Minimum charge: On-site visits are charged at the first-hour rate even if the job takes less than one hour. Diagnostic time remains chargeable if a fault cannot be repaired, unless agreed otherwise beforehand.
