What counts as a computer?

Simple, predictable coverage

The monthly charge applies to each supported PC or laptop used for your business. A printer is not another paid computer: normal printers, routers, switches and Wi-Fi access points are covered within the basic support scope described for your tier.

Phones, tablets, specialist equipment and extra locations can be discussed separately if your business needs them.

Included support

Routine help is part of the service

Depending on your tier, routine business IT support can include Windows problems, email and Microsoft 365 issues, printer problems, Wi-Fi troubleshooting, user administration, software problems and general help for your team.

Silver and Gold include remote IT support subject to reasonable use. Gold is designed for a deeper, ongoing relationship. Bronze includes maintenance, with support work charged at the usual rate.

How the service works

Do I need five computers?

Five supported computers is the placeholder minimum for each tier. Tell me what you have and I can confirm whether the service is a good fit.

What does onboarding include?

For Bronze and Silver, the £40 per-computer onboarding fee covers setup and an initial IT health check for every enrolled PC or laptop, including updates, security, software, storage, hardware health and general configuration. Gold includes this setup and health check for free. Pre-existing faults discovered during onboarding are reported and quoted separately for remediation.

Can I change tier later?

Yes. The right level may change as your business grows. Any change would be agreed with you before it takes effect.

Are the prices final?

No. These are placeholder figures to show how the service could work. I will confirm the final pricing, scope and terms before launch or before you sign up.
