The Starter Pack
Design and deployment of up to five static pages to explain your services and help customers contact you. A static website is a straightforward information website, rather than a complex web application.
Typical pages include Home, About, Services, Gallery or Testimonials, and Contact. We agree the final page list before work begins.
One available standard .co.uk domain, registration and configuration, plus the first 12 months of website hosting.
Premium domains and other extensions need a separate quotation.
One mailbox using your domain, such as hello@yourbusiness.co.uk, including setup and the first 12 months of email hosting.
Storage and supported access methods are confirmed in the quotation.

Save 10% on the Starter Pack and additional pages and mailboxes ordered at the same time as a 12-month support plan. The discount applies to the initial purchase only, whether paid upfront or in monthly instalments. Later additions, renewals and the support plan itself are not discounted. Monthly instalments for the Starter Pack and additional webpages require the support plan.
The standard additional-page instalment equivalent is £10 × 12, available only with support when no introductory discount applies, such as later additions. Later additions do not automatically inherit the original discount; timing is confirmed in the quotation. Mailbox hosting recurs; webpage build charges do not recur after the instalments are paid.
Example: one additional page and one additional mailbox ordered initially with support is £2,082 upfront, or £173.50/month × 12. From month 13 with support and the extra mailbox, it is £1,188/year or £99/month; there is no further page-build charge.
Optional support & maintenance
£79/month or £948/year — 12-month plan
This covers the website and email services supplied under this offering. It does not extend to business computers, printers or networks.
Up to 15 minutes per month for troubleshooting and mailbox configuration, shared across the business’s supplied website and mailboxes — not per mailbox.
Up to one hour per month for text, photographs, prices and contact-detail changes to existing pages. New pages are charged separately.
Weekly availability, security and contact-form checks where applicable, with updates to managed website components when required. A contact form is not automatically included. Infrastructure patching is the hosting provider’s responsibility.
A weekly website backup and another before changes, retaining at least four weekly restore points. Mailbox backups are not included. Backup restoration scope and any charges are confirmed in the quotation.
Monday-Friday during the business hours stated in the quotation, with a next-working-day response target. This is a response target, not a resolution guarantee.
£60/hour, agreed first and charged in 15-minute increments (£15 per increment). Unused monthly time does not roll over.

Yes. Starter Pack and webpage setup costs can be spread over 12 months when you take the support plan. The Starter Pack with support is £160/month for 12 months, £1,920 in total. Your quotation explains payment dates and any outstanding setup balance if support ends early.
The Starter Pack is for an information website. Online shops, booking systems, customer logins, databases and bespoke integrations need a separate scope and quotation.
Your business details, logo, wording, images and any required policy text, with permission to use them. Two design revision rounds are included. We agree the page allowance, including any policy pages, before work starts.
No. Moving existing email, calendars or contacts is quoted separately. Mailbox storage, device setup and access methods are confirmed in your quotation. Office software licences are not included.
